NACC Yasothon monitors 138.5-million-baht Lam Thuan development project

The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Yasothon Provincial Office (NACC Yasothon Office), in collaboration with the STRONG Club, is monitoring the Lam Thuan community area development project worth 138.5 million baht.

On March 30, 2026, Mr. Prakob Mangkang, Director of the NACC Yasothon Office, presided over the opening of the first Watch and Voice activity, which is part of the Empowering STRONG for Proactive Anti-Corruption Project (ESPAC) for the fiscal year 2026. Fifteen members of the STRONG Club from Mueang Yasothon District participated in the activity at the Rai Hak Kak Meeting Room, Mueang Yasothon District office.

This activity focused on monitoring the Lam Thuan community area development project, in Mueang Yasothon District, a project of the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, Ministry of Interior, with officials from the Yasothon Provincial Public Works and Town Planning Office participating as speakers who provided details of the project to the participants.

The Lam Thuan community area development project, Mueang Yasothon District, in Phase 2, involves the construction of a flood barrier and a concrete road along the eastern bank of the Lam Thuan canal, spanning 2,3020 meters. The total budget is 138.5 million baht, with a duration of 750 days, from November 3, 2025, to November 22, 2027. Ueng Sae Heng Limited Partnership is the contractor.

Due to the high budget of the project, the NACC Yasothon Office has designated it as a project requiring close and continuous monitoring until its completion.
