NACC Kalasin inspects Bueng Aram Golf Course, advises responsible agencies to take decisive legal action
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Kalasin Provincial Office (NACC Kalasin Office) launched a site inspection on the construction of a resort within the Bueng Aram Golf Course, owned by civil servants of the Royal Irrigation Department, following online media reports, and advised relevant agencies to take decisive legal action.
On April 8, 2026, Mr. Kul Pakdiao, Acting Director of NACC Kalasin Office, assigned officers to investigate the Bueng Aram Golf Course in Yang Talat District, Kalasin Province. This golf course is a welfare facility for civil servants of the Royal Irrigation Department, under the jurisdiction of Irrigation Office 6 of Khon Kaen.
The investigation stemmed from online complaints requesting an investigation into whether the construction of the resort and residential buildings within the golf course was in accordance with the law.
Mr. Jetsadapong Thipsing, Chairman of the Bueng Aram Golf Course Welfare Committee, and other committee members received the NACC officials and provided them relevant information.
According to them, the construction of the resort within the Bueng Aram Golf Course was carried out by the golf course manager in collaboration with a private company without the approval of the welfare committee.
In response, the Kalasin Irrigation Project, the landowner, has filed a complaint against the manager and ordered the demolition of the structures. The structure is currently in the process of being demolished.
