วันที่ 14 มกราคม 2569 นายปริญญา วิกุลศิริรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา มอบหมายให้กลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริตลงพื้นที่ สังเกตการณ์โครงการก่อสร้างลู่วิ่งพื้นยางสนามกีฬาเสนาบดี อำเภอเสนา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ซึ่งเป็นโครงการภายใต้การดำเนินงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้าและเฝ้าระวังการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบกฎหมาย
โครงการดังกล่าวได้รับงบประมาณจัดสรรจำนวน 25,000,000 บาท (ยี่สิบห้าล้านบาทถ้วน) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานสนามกีฬาให้ประชาชนในท้องถิ่นได้ใช้งานอย่างปลอดภัย โดยมีรายละเอียดเนื้องานสำคัญคือการก่อสร้างลู่วิ่งยางสังเคราะห์มาตรฐาน จำนวน 8 ลู่ พื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 6,000 ตารางเมตร ด้วยระบบพื้นแบบ Sandwich System ความหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 13.3 มิลลิเมตร ซึ่งต้องได้รับมาตรฐาน IAAF (World Athletics) และมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (มอก. 2683-2563) ระบบท่อระบายน้ำ ระบบรดน้ำต้นไม้ งานคานคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ขอบลู่นอก งานบ่อกระโดด งานฝารางระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก
การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้เป็นการทำงานเชิงรุกเพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยงที่อาจนำไปสู่การทุจริต หรือการทิ้งงาน ซึ่งจะส่งผลเสียต่อประโยชน์ของทางราชการและประชาชน โดยมีผู้แทนจาก เทศบาลเมืองเสนา อบจ.พระนครศรีอยุธยา และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการนำตรวจและให้ข้อมูล

NACC Ayutthaya Office inspects 25-million-baht running track project
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) Ayutthaya Office conducted a site visit to inspect the construction project of a rubber running track at the Senabodi Sport Stadium, costing over 25 million baht, focusing on transparency and the need for materials to meet the Terms of Reference (TOR).
On January 14, 2026, Mr. Prinya Wikulsirirat, Director of the NACC Office in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, assigned the corruption prevention unit to inspect the construction of the rubber running track at the Senabodi Sport Stadium in Sena District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations and laws. This project is under the operation of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Administrative Organisation.
The project received an allocated budget of 25,000,000 baht with the objective of upgrading the standard of sports facilities for safe use by local residents. The key project details include the construction of a standard synthetic rubber running track with 8 lanes, covering an area of no less than 6,000 square meters, using a Sandwich System surface with a thickness of at least 13.3 millimeters. This track must meet IAAF (World Athletics) standards and the Thai Industrial Standard (TIS 2683-2563).
The inspection also covered a drainage system, irrigation system, reinforced concrete beams, outer track curbs, jumping pits, and reinforced concrete drainage covers.
This site visit is a proactive measure to prevent risks that may lead to corruption or abandonment of the project, which would negatively impact the interests of the government and the public. Representatives from Sena Municipality, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Administrative Organisation, and other relevant officials participated in the inspection and provided information.
