สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ภาค 3 ขอประกาศเจตนารมณ์ว่า
ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกคนในสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ไม่รับของขวัญและของกำนัลทุกชนิด (No Gift Policy) ที่จะส่งผลให้เกิดการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบ ตลอดจนการถือปฏิบัติตามประกาศคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ เรื่อง หลักเกณฑ์การรับทรัพย์สินหรือประโยชน์ อื่นใดโดยธรรมจรรยาของเจ้าพนักงานของรัฐ พ.ศ. 2563

All executives and staff members of the Office of the NACC shall strictly adhere to the "No Gift Policy," refraining from accepting any gifts or tokens of any kind that may lead to corruption and misconduct. Furthermore, all personnel shall comply with the Regulation of the National Anti-Corruption Commission on the Criteria for the Acceptance of Property or Other Benefits on Ethical Basis by State Officials B.E. 2563 (2020).
