NACC unveils winners of the 11th NACC Integrity Award

BANGKOK, 27 March 2023 -- The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has announced the winners of the 11th NACC Integrity Award created to recognize organizations with outstanding integrity. This year’s 1st place winners are the Provincial Electricity Authority and the Metropolitan Electricity Authority.
NACC Secretary-General Niwatchai Kasemmongkol said the 11th NACC Integrity Award accepted entries in March 2022, inviting organizations established for over five years in various sectors to submit their achievements that met the award’s selection criteria. A large number of entries that the award received each year reflected continued efforts across sectors to foster anti-corruption and good governance awareness in the society, he said.
After careful consideration, the award jury on 8 March 2023 decided to grant the 11th NACC Integrity Award to a total of 20 organizations -- two winners and 18 honorary mentions. The winners are the Provincial Electricity Authority and the Metropolitan Electricity Authority. The Department of Trade Negotiations, Export-Import Bank of Thailand, Thai Oil, and King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok are, among others, the honorary mentions.
The NACC Integrity Award aimed to elevate integrity in Thailand to the next level by recognizing and honoring organizations in various sectors for their exemplary acts of integrity, the NACC secretary-general added.
