สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.) ประจำจังหวัดมุกดาหาร ลงพื้นที่สังเกตการณ์โครงการจัดการน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน อำเภอคำชะอี รวมงบประมาณ 200,000,000 บาท
วันที่ 15 มกราคม 2569 นายนิรุท สุขพ่อค้า ผู้อำนวยการ และกลุ่มงานภารกิจป้องกันการทุจริต ของสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดมุกดาหาร ร่วมกับชมรม STRONG จิตพอเพียงต้านทุจริต และผู้แทนจากโครงการก่อสร้างสำนักงานชลประทานที่ 7 กรมชลประทาน นายประเทืองวิทย์ ซ่วมเซียง วิศวกรชลประทานชำนาญการพิเศษ หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิศวกร และนายทวีวัฒน์ ศรีเชียงหวาง วิศวกรชลประทานปฏิบัติการ ร่วมลงพื้นที่ เฝ้าระวังและสังเกตการณ์การดำเนินโครงการตามแผนขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจภายใต้กรอบวงเงิน 157,000 ล้านบาท จำนวน 2 โครงการ ได้แก่
- โครงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน อาคารบังคับน้ำห้วยบังอี่ ตำบลคำชะอี อำเภอคำชะอี จังหวัดมุกดาหาร งบประมาณ 140,000,000 บาท
- โครงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน อาคารบังน้ำห้วยทราย ตำบลน้ำเที่ยง อำเภอคำชะอี จังหวัดมุกดาหาร งบประมาณ 60,000,000 บาท
ผลจากการตรวจพบว่าทั้งสองโครงการอยู่ในระหว่างดำเนินโครงการ ความก้าวหน้าประมาณร้อยละ 10 และได้กำชับให้หน่วยงานดำเนินการถูกต้องตามระเบียบกฎหมาย ทั้งนี้ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดมุกดาหาร จะได้สรุปรายงานผลการตรวจสอบเฝ้าระวัง เสนอต่อคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. ต่อไป

NACC Mukdahan Office inspects water management sites
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) in Mukdahan Province conducted a site visit to observe the sustainable water management projects in Khamcha-i District, which have a total budget of 200,000,000 baht.
On January 15, 2026, Mr. Nirut Sukphokha, Director of the NACC Mukdahan Office, the NACC anti-corruption task force, STRONG-Sufficiency Economy Against Corruption Club and the Irrigation Office Region 7, Royal Irrigation Department, represented the Head of the Engineering Division, jointly visited sites to monitor and observe the implementation of two projects under the economic development plan as follows:
- The project to enhance the efficiency of sustainable water management, Huai Bang Yi water control station, Khamcha-i Subdistrict, Khamcha-i District, Mukdahan Province, with a budget of 140,000,000 baht.
- The project to enhance the efficiency of sustainable water management, Huai Sai water control station. Nam Thiang Subdistrict, Khamcha-i District, Mukdahan Province, with a budget of 60,000,000 baht.
The inspection revealed that both projects are currently underway, with progress of about 10 percent.
The relevant agencies have been instructed to proceed correctly according to regulations and laws. The NACC Mukdahan Office will summarize the monitoring and inspection report and submit it to the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
