วันที่ 9 ธันวาคม 2568 เวลา 09.30 น. นางสาวปิยะฉัตร พ่วงพงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดนครนายก มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริต ร่วมกับ สพป. นครนายก ร่วมลงพื้นที่เฝ้าระวัง ติดตาม และสังเกตการณ์ การดำเนินโครงการอาหารกลางวันนักเรียน โรงเรียนบ้านเขาส่องกล้อง ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมี ดร.กุลณัฐ เหมราช ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนบ้านเขาส่องกล้อง พร้อมคณะครู ร่วมชี้แจงข้อมูลการดำเนินโครงการอาหารกลางวันนักเรียน
ทั้งนี้ ได้มีการประชุมร่วมกันเพื่อติดตามและรายงานผลในประเด็นที่มีการกำหนดแนวทางในการขับเคลื่อนการเฝ้าระวังการทุจริต ไตรมาสที่ 2 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569
โรงเรียนบ้านเขาส่องกล้อง อำเภอบ้านนา จังหวัดนครนายก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก ตั้งอยู่ หมู่ที่ 12 ตำบลเขาเพิ่ม อำเภอบ้านนา จังหวัดนครนายก
ในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 โรงเรียนบ้านเขาส่องกล้อง มีจำนวนนักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดสรรงบประมาณโครงการอาหารกลางวันทั้งหมด 190 คน ได้รับค่าอาหารกลางวัน 22 บาท/คน/วัน ได้รับเงินอุดหนุนทั่วไปจากองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นเขาเพิ่ม ไตรมาสที่ 1 จำนวน 213,400 บาท และไตรมาสที่ 2 จำนวน 209,000 บาท ใช้วิธีการจ้างเหมาประกอบอาหารปรุงสำเร็จ โดยบุคลากรภายนอกจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบและประกอบอาหาร
จากการตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นมีความหลากหลายของอาหารกลางวัน ซึ่งทางโรงเรียนใช้โปรแกรม Thai School Lunch ในการคำนวณปริมาณสารอาหารตามที่เด็กควรได้รับตามช่วงวัย ส่วนครูนำอาหารกลางวันมารับประทานเอง
โดยทางโรงเรียนมีการจัดทำรายการอาหารติดบอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์บริเวณโรงอาหารและแจ้งรายการอาหารที่นักเรียนได้รับประทานในแต่ละวันให้ผู้ปกครองทราบผ่านทางช่องทางเพจ Facebook ของโรงเรียน และช่องทาง Line ประจำห้องเรียน และยังมีการเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสม คุณภาพ และปริมาณของอาหารกลางวันผ่าน Google From ผ่านช่องทางเพจ Facebook ของโรงเรียน หรือกล่องรับความคิดเห็นบริเวณโรงอาหาร
จากการลงพื้นที่ในวันนี้ พบว่า เมนูอาหารที่นักเรียนได้รับประทาน คือ แกงส้มมะละกอ ไข่เจียวทรงเครื่อง และแตงโม ซึ่งถูกต้องและตรงกับการจัดอาหารรายสัปดาห์ ทั้งนี้ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. นครนายก จะติดตามตรวจสอบเอกสารการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างต่อไป

NACC Nakhon Nayok inspects school lunch programme at Ban Khao Song Klong School
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Nakhon Nayok Provincial Office (NACC Nakhon Nayok Office), in collaboration with the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, conducted a site visit to inspect the implementation of the student lunch programme at Ban Khao Song Klong School.
On December 9, 2025, Ms. Piyachat Phuengphong, Director of the NACC Nakhon Nayok Province Office, assigned NACC officers to join the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office to monitor, follow up, and observe the implementation of the student lunch program at Ban Khao Song Klong School.
Dr. Kulnat Hemaraj, the school director, and the teaching staff provided information on the student lunch program to the officers.
Furthermore, a joint meeting was held to follow up and report on the results regarding the established guidelines for driving anti-corruption monitoring in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2026.
Ban Khao Song Klong School is located in Khao Phloem Subdistrict, Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province, and is under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office.
In the 2026 fiscal year, Ban Khao Song Klong School had a total of 190 students receiving funding for the school lunch program in the second semester, with a lunch allowance of 22 baht per person per day. The school received general subsidies from the Khao Phloem Local Administrative Organisation in the first quarter amounting to 213,400 baht and in the second quarter amounting to 209,000 baht. The school uses a contracting method for preparing cooked meals, with external personnel purchasing the ingredients and preparing the food.
Initial inspection revealed a variety of school lunches. The school uses the Thai School Lunch program to calculate the recommended nutrient intake for each age group. Teachers bring their own lunches.
The school maintains a menu posted on a bulletin board in the cafeteria and informs parents about the daily meals served to students through the school's Facebook page and the classroom Line group. Parents are also given the opportunity to provide feedback on the appropriateness, quality, and quantity of the school lunches via Google Forms on the school's Facebook page or in a suggestion box located in the cafeteria.
During today's site visit, it was found that the meal served to students consisted of papaya curry, omelet with various ingredients, and watermelon, which is correct and consistent with the weekly meal plan. The NACC will continue to monitor and verify the procurement documents.
