สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ ประจำจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. สมุทรปราการ) ลงพื้นที่เฝ้าระวังแผนการลอกท่อระบายน้ำหรือรางระบายน้ำสาธารณะ ณ เทศบาลตำบลด่านสำโรง ตำบลสำโรงเหนือ อำเภอเมืองสมุทรปราการ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ
วันที่ 9 มีนาคม 2569 นายสุกฤษฎิ์ เทียงแก้ว ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มอบหมายให้กลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริตลงพื้นที่เฝ้าระวังและสังเกตการณ์แผนการลอกท่อระบายน้ำหรือรางระบายน้ำสาธารณะภายในแบริ่งซอย 22 และแบริ่งซอย 26 ถนนสุขุทวิท 107 ต.สำโรงเหนือ อ.เมืองสมุทรปราการ จ.สมุทรปราการ โดยเทศบาลตำบลด่านสำโรงดำเนินการขุดลอกท่อโดยใช้รถดูดสิ่งโสโครกและฉีดล้างท่อระบายน้ำของเทศบาลและได้มีการลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบสถานที่ทิ้งดินเลนที่ดูดมาจากท่อที่ตั้งอยู่ภายในบริเวณเทศบาลตำบลด่านสำโรง
ทั้งนี้ กลุ่มงานป้องกันทุจริตได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินการ และแจ้งมาตรการการเฝ้าระวังการขุดลอกท่อ ให้ผู้บริหารเทศบาลตำบลด่านสำโรงรับทราบ เพื่อเป็นการเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันการทุจริตที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับแผนงานตามมาตรการป้องกันการทุจริตในพื้นที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ
โดยการลงพื้นที่ดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้การใช้จ่ายงบประมาณเป็นไปอย่างคุ้มค่าและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดตามวัตถุประสงค์โครงการกลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริต

NACC inspects drainage cleaning in Samut Prakan
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Samut Prakan Provincial Office (NACC Samut Prakan Office) has conducted a site visit to monitor the drainage cleaning operation at Dan Samrong Subdistrict Municipality, Samrong Nuea Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan Province.
On March 9, 2026, Mr. Sukrit Tiangkaew, Director of the NACC Samut Prakan Office, assigned NACC officials to monitor and observe the drainage cleaning operation at Soi Bearing 22 and Soi Bearing 26, Sukhumvit 107 Road in Samrong Nuea Subdistrict, which were carried out by Dan Samrong Subdistrict Municipality using a sewage suction truck and drainage pipes.
The site visit also inspected the disposal site of the silt extracted from the pipes located within the Dan Samrong Subdistrict Municipality area.
The NACC provided recommendations on the operation and informed the Dan Samrong Subdistrict Municipality executives of the monitoring measures for pipe cleaning, in order to monitor and prevent potential corruption in the project under the anti-corruption measures in Samut Prakan Province.
The purpose of this site visit was to ensure that budget spending is cost-effective and provides maximum benefit in accordance with the project objectives.
