วันศุกร์ที่ 23 มกราคม 2569 สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ตรัง นำโดย นายบัณฑิต คณะสุวรรณ์ ผู้อำนวยการฯ พร้อมด้วยกลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริต จัดเสวนาในหัวข้อ “การตรวจสอบการใช้อำนาจรัฐของฝ่ายปกครอง และความเป็นกลางทางการเมืองของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ” ณ ห้องประชุมโรงเรียนห้วยยอด อ.ห้วยยอด จ.ตรัง โดยมี กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปกครอง และผู้นำชุมชน ในพื้นที่อำเภอห้วยยอด อำเภอรัษฎา อำเภอสิเกา และอำเภอวังวิเศษ เข้าร่วมรับฟังเป็นจำนวนมาก
การเสวนาครั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติร่วมเป็นวิทยากรจากพันจ่าโทอนันต์ บุญสำราญ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตรัง นายบัณฑิต คณะสุวรรณ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดตรัง นายสุวิชาญ ประชาชาติ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน กกต. ประจำจังหวัดตรัง
รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตรัง ได้เน้นย้ำอย่างชัดเจนว่า เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐโดยเฉพาะฝ่ายปกครอง ต้องวางตัวเป็นกลางอย่างเคร่งครัดในช่วงการเลือกตั้ง หากฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายหรือมีพฤติการณ์ไม่เหมาะสม จะถูกตั้งกรรมการตรวจสอบทางวินัย ถูกดำเนินคดีและอาจถึงขั้นถูกสั่งให้พ้นจากตำแหน่ง ซึ่งถือเป็นความผิดร้ายแรงที่กระทบต่อศักดิ์ศรีของระบบราชการและความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชน
ด้าน รอง ผอ.กกต.ตรัง ได้สะท้อนถึงข้อจำกัดในการปฏิบัติงาน ทั้งในด้านบุคลากร กระบวนการสืบสวนสอบสวน รวมถึงปัญหาการสมยอมกันระหว่างผู้ให้และผู้รับในการซื้อเสียง ทำให้การดำเนินคดีเป็นไปด้วยความยากลำบาก อีกทั้งกระบวนการตามกฎหมายต้องผ่านการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการ กกต. และศาลที่เกี่ยวข้อง จนกว่าคดีจะถึงที่สุด
ขณะที่ ผอ.ปปช.ตรัง ได้เน้นย้ำถึง ความสำคัญของความสุจริตและการไม่ละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ โดยขอให้กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปกครอง ทำหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายอย่างตรงไปตรงมา ไม่เข้าไปเกี่ยวข้องหรือสนับสนุนการทุจริตทุกรูปแบบ เพื่อสร้างความโปร่งใสและความเป็นธรรมให้กับกระบวนการเลือกตั้ง
การจัดเสวนาในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกสำคัญในการสร้างความตระหนักรู้และเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับผู้นำในระดับพื้นที่ เพื่อร่วมกันป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการทุจริตในการเลือกตั้งต่อไป

NACC Trang Office holds seminar on monitoring use of power and neutrality of officials
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission of Trang Province (NACC Trang Office) held a seminar on monitoring the exercise of state power and political neutrality of government officials.
On Friday, January 23, 2026, the NACC Trang Office, led by Director Mr. Bandit Khanasuwan, along with the corruption prevention unit, held a seminar on the topic of "Monitoring the Exercise of State Power by the Administrative Branch and the Political Neutrality of Government Officials" at the meeting room of Huai Yot School, Huai Yot District, Trang Province, with a large number of participants, including village heads, community leaders, and administrative officials from Huai Yot, Ratsada, Sikao, and Wang Wiset districts.
Speakers included Mr. Bandit himself, Mr. Anan Boonsamran, Deputy Governor of Trang Province, and Mr. Suwichan Prachachat, Deputy Director of the Election Commission Trang Office.
The Deputy Governor of Trang Province emphasised that government officials, especially those in the administrative branch, must maintain strict neutrality during elections. Any violation of the law or inappropriate conduct will result in serious consequences. Those involved will face disciplinary action, prosecution, and possibly dismissal from their positions, as this is considered a serious offense that affects the dignity of the civil service system and public trust, he said.
The Deputy Director of the Election Commission of Trang Province reflected on the limitations in operations, including personnel, investigation processes, and the problem of collusion between those giving and receiving votes in vote buying, making prosecution difficult. Furthermore, he said the legal process must go through the consideration of the Election Commission and the relevant courts until the case is finalized.
Mr. Bandit, as the Director of the NACC Trang Office, emphasised the importance of integrity and the impartiality of government officials in performing their duties. He urged village heads, sub-district chiefs, and administrative officials to perform their duties according to the law honestly and not be involved in or support any form of corruption, in order to create transparency and fairness in the election process.
This seminar is another important mechanism in raising awareness and strengthening leaders at the local level to jointly prevent and solve the problem of election corruption.
