สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ ภาค 4 (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ภาค 4) ร่วมกับสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ลงพื้นที่อุทยานแห่งชาติภูพานเก้า-ภูพานคำ อำเภอโนนสัง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู
วันที่ 23 ม.ค. 2569 นางสาวอรุณี วินทะสมบัตร์ ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มประสานการป้องกันการทุจริตภาค 4 และเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริตสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ภาค 4 ร่วมกับ เจ้าหน้าที่ป้องกันการทุจริต สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ลงพื้นที่และร่วมหารือกับนายวรวุฒิ วิญญายงค์ หัวหน้าอุทยานแห่งชาติภูเก้า-ภูพานคำ และเจ้าหน้าที่ ณ ห้องปฏิบัติการลาดตระเวนเชิงคุณภาพ อุทยานเเห่งชาติภูเก้า - ภูพานคำ
โดยประเด็นหารือสำคัญ การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามและให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการและจัดเก็บรายได้ อุทยานแห่งชาติภูเก้า-ภูพานคำ มีดังนี้
- ระบบการจำหน่ายตั๋วและจัดเก็บเงินที่สามารถตรวจสอบขั้นตอนการไหลเวียนของเงิน ให้มีหลักฐานชัดเจน ตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
- การดำเนินการตามระเบียบของกรมอุทยานแห่งชาติในการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ในเขตความรับผิดชอบ รวมทั้ง การดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยและการอำนวยความสะดวกแก่นักท่องเที่ยวให้คุ้มค่ากับค่าธรรมเนียม
พร้อมนี้ทางคณะสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ภาค 4 ได้ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาเเละดูเเลสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในเขตอุทยานฯ เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงที่จะเกิดความเสื่อมโทรมเเละเป็นสถานที่ที่ถูกทิ้งร้าง รวมถึงการถูกรุกล้ำพื้นที่ในอนาคต

NACC visits Nong Bua Lamphu national park, discusses verifiable revenue collection system
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission Regional Office 4 (NACC Regional Office 4), together with the NACC Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Office, conducted a site visit to Phu Kao-Phu Phan Kham National Park, Non Sang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province.
On January 23, 2026, Ms. Arunee Winthasombat, Director of the NACC Regional Office 4, and staff from the corruption prevention unit, together with anti-corruption officers from the NACC Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Office, visited and held discussions with Mr. Worawut Winyayong, Head of Phu Kao-Phu Phan Kham National Park, and staff at the patrol operations room at the national park.
The NACC followed up and provided recommendations regarding the management and revenue collection of Phu Kao-Phu Phan Kham National Park on the following issues:
- The ticket sales and collection system that allows for verification of the money flow and provides clear documents for retrospective verification.
- Compliance with the regulations of the Department of National Parks in managing areas within their responsibility, including ensuring safety and providing amenities for tourists to justify the entrance fees.
In addition, the NACC Regional Office 4 provided recommendations on maintaining and caring for tourist attractions within the national park to reduce the risk of deterioration and abandonment, as well as to prevent future encroachment.
