สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.) ร่วมกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตในภาครัฐ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ท.) ลงพื้นที่และร่วมประชุมกับการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) เพื่อเฝ้าระวังและป้องปรามการทุจริตโครงการตามแผนการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจภายใต้กรอบวงเงิน 157,000 ล้านบาท
เมื่อวันที่ 22 มกราคม 2569 นางสาวฐิติวรดา เอกบงกชกุล ผู้อำนวยการสำนักเฝ้าระวังและประเมินสภาวการณ์ทุจริต มอบหมายให้ นางสาวกรองกานต์ ปานดำ ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มสำรวจการรับรู้การทุจริต พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักเฝ้าระวังและประเมินสภาวการณ์ทุจริต และสำนักสืบสวนและกิจการพิเศษ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ท. ลงพื้นที่เพื่อเฝ้าระวังและป้องปรามการทุจริต ณ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย แขวงมักกะสัน เขตราชเทวี กรุงเทพมหานคร
โดยเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. และเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน ป.ป.ท. ได้ประชุมร่วมกับผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อติดตามการดำเนินโครงการตามแผนการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจภายใต้กรอบวงเงิน 157,000 ล้านบาท จำนวน 4 รายการ ประกอบด้วย
1) รายการเที่ยวไทยคนละครึ่ง งบประมาณ 1,750 ล้านบาท
2) รายการกระตุ้นตลาดต่างประเทศ Thailand Summer Blast China & Overseas market Stimulus plan งบประมาณ 750 ล้านบาท
3) รายการการทำตลาดการท่องเที่ยวไทย ผ่าน Platform Online ในการเสนอขายสินค้าและบริการท่องเที่ยว ปี 2568 งบประมาณ 800 ล้านบาท
4) รายการการประชาสัมพันธ์สร้างกระแสการเดินทางของกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวศักยภาพ งบประมาณ 77.12 ล้านบาท
จากการลงพื้นที่เพื่อเฝ้าระวังและป้องปรามการทุจริตในพื้นที่ดังกล่าว การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทยได้ชี้แจงข้อมูลรายละเอียดและขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน โดยสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. และสำนักงาน ป.ป.ท. ได้ให้ข้อคิดเห็น ข้อสังเกต และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และการบังคับใช้กฎหมายให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญว่าด้วยการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต พ.ศ. 2561 พระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. 2560 และกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ทั้งนี้ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทยได้ให้ความสำคัญและตระหนักต่อข้อสังเกตและข้อเสนอแนะของสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. และสำนักงาน ป.ป.ท. พร้อมที่จะนำข้อสังเกตและข้อเสนอแนะดังกล่าวไปดำเนินการปรับปรุงให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายต่อไป

NACC visits TAT to discuss corruption monitoring and prevention
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission Regional Office 4 (NACC Office), in collaboration with the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC), conducted a site visit and held a meeting with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) to monitor and prevent corruption in projects under the economic development plan within the 157-billion-baht budget.
On January 22, 2026, Ms. Thitiworada Ekbongkotkul, Director of the Bureau of Corruption Barometer of the NACC, assigned Ms. Krongkan Pandam, Director of the Corruption Perception Survey Division, along with officers from the Bureau of Corruption Barometer and the Investigation and Bureau of Investigation and Special Operations, to join officers from the PACC in a site visit to monitor and prevent corruption at the TAT in Makkasan Subdistrict, Ratchathewi District, Bangkok.
The NACC and PACC officers held a meeting with TAT executives and staff to monitor the implementation of projects under the economic stimulus plan under the 157-billion-baht budget, including the following projects:
1) The “Half-Half” scheme for Thailand travel, with a budget of 1.75 billion baht.
2) The “Thailand Summer Blast China & Overseas Market Stimulus Plan,” with a budget of 750 million baht.
3) The tourism campaign marketing through online platforms for offering tourism products and services of 2025 with a budget of 800 million baht.
4) The public relations campaign to create travel trends among potential tourist groups, with a budget of 77.12 million baht.
This meeting is part of the effort to monitor and prevent corruption. The TAT has clarified details and procedures, with the NACC and PACC officers provided comments, observations, and recommendations concerning duties and the enforcement of laws in accordance with the Organic Act on Anti-Corruption B.E. 2561 (2018), the Public Procurement and Supply Management Act B.E. 2560 (2017), and other relevant laws.
The TAT acknowledged observation notes and recommendations from the NACC and PACC and is ready to implement them to improve its operations in accordance with the laws.
