สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ ภาค 4 เดินหน้าขยายผลอุดรธานี ยกระดับ “โรงเรียนต้นแบบต้านทุจริต” สู่การเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะ สร้างพลเมืองสุจริตอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
วันที่ 19 มีนาคม 2569 ณ โรงเรียนบ้านดงเมือง (ดงเมืองวิทยา) ตำบลกุมภวาปี อำเภอกุมภวาปี จังหวัดอุดรธานี นายพิเศษ นาคะพันธุ์ รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. ภาค 4 มอบหมายให้กลุ่มงานประสานงานป้องกันการทุจริต ร่วมกับสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดอุดรธานี และสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 ลงพื้นที่ “กำกับ ติดตาม และสนับสนุน” การขับเคลื่อนหลักสูตรต้านทุจริตศึกษา ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาและขับเคลื่อนหลักสูตรต้านทุจริตศึกษา
วัตถุประสงค์สำคัญของการดำเนินงานผลักดันให้สถานศึกษานำ “หลักสูตรต้านทุจริตศึกษา” ไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างเป็นระบบ ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้เรียนส่งเสริมการใช้ Anti-Corruption Education Platform เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้แบบ E-Learning ที่เข้าถึงได้อย่างทั่วถึง สนับสนุนการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ สู่การพัฒนา “คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน” ให้เกิดผลเชิงพฤติกรรมอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
การดำเนินงานครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนแม่บทภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ (ประเด็นที่ 21) “การต่อต้านการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบ” มุ่งสร้าง “วัฒนธรรมสุจริต” ในกลุ่มเยาวชนไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
จากการลงพื้นที่ พบว่า สถานศึกษามีการบูรณาการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาและการจัดการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียน โดยใช้หลักสูตรต้านทุจริตศึกษาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการพัฒนา ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนสามารถนำความรู้ไปใช้ในชีวิตจริงได้ แต่พบข้อจำกัดด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ทั้งการเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ตและอุปกรณ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องได้รับการสนับสนุนเพิ่มเติม

NACC visits Bandongmuang School in Udon to promote anti-corruption education
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission Region 4 Office (NACC Region 4) visited Bandongmuang School in Udon Thani to promote and support the school as a model for anti-corruption education.
On March 19, 2026, Mr. Piset Nakapan, Deputy Secretary-General of the NACC Region 4, assigned the anti-corruption coordination unit, in collaboration with the NACC Udon Thani Provincial Office and the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, to visit Bandongmuang School, Kumphawapi Subdistrict, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province, to supervise, monitor, and support the implementation of the anti-corruption education curriculum.
The main objective of the operation is to encourage educational institutions to systematically integrate anti-corruption education into their teaching, coupled with developing student competencies and promoting the use of the anti-corruption education platform to support accessible e-Learning. This initiative supports the integration of knowledge to develop desirable characteristics of learners, resulting in tangible behavioral outcomes.
This project is part of the national strategic plan on combating corruption and misconduct, aiming to create a sustainable culture of integrity among Thai youth.
Field visits revealed that the school integrated the curriculum and classroom learning using anti-corruption education as part of their development, enabling learners to apply the knowledge in real life. However, limitations in infrastructure, including access to the internet and learning materials, were identified, requiring further support.
