สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ฉะเชิงเทรา เดินหน้าขยายผลตรวจติดตามกรณีลักลอบประกอบกิจการล้างทรายในพื้นที่ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ บริเวณหมู่ที่ 3 บ้านเกาะลอย ตำบลคลองตะเกรา อำเภอท่าตะเกียบ จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา หลังได้รับข้อมูลเบาะแสเพิ่มเติม ลงพื้นที่ทันที ตรวจพบเครื่องชั่งน้ำหนักแบบแท่นลอย ขนาดกว้าง 3 เมตร ยาว 9 เมตร ถูกฝังอำพรางไว้ใต้ผืนทรายในจุดลักลอบประกอบกิจการล้างทราย นับเป็นพยานหลักฐานสำคัญที่อาจเชื่อมโยงกับการกระทำความผิด
การดำเนินการครั้งนี้สืบเนื่องจากภารกิจลงพื้นที่สำรวจเส้นทางรถบรรทุกหนักและแหล่งวัสดุในพื้นที่จังหวัดขอองสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ฉะเชิงเทรา จนพบความผิดปกติในพื้นที่อำเภอท่าตะเกียบ ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นพื้นที่ ส.ป.ก. และพื้นที่ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ โดยพบปริมาณดินถูกขุดออกไปมากกว่า 176,000 ลูกบาศก์เมตรในพื้นที่ ส.ป.ก. ตำบลคลองตะเกรา และพบกองทราย ร่องรอยการใช้เครื่องจักร และสิ่งปลูกสร้าง บริเวณหมู่ที่ 3 บ้านเกาะลอย ซึ่งเชื่อได้ว่าเป็นจุดล้างทรายที่นำทรายจากจุดแรกมาดำเนินการ
จากนั้น สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ฉะเชิงเทรา ได้บูรณาการร่วมกับภาคประชาชนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องรวม 20 หน่วยงาน จนพบว่า พื้นที่ทั้งสองแห่งมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากเดิม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลักลอบขุดทรายที่มีการนำต้นกล้ามาปลูกกลบเกลื่อนสภาพพื้นที่ ขณะที่บริเวณจุดล้างทรายพบร่องรอยการเคลื่อนย้ายกองทราย รวมถึงการเข้าออกของรถและเครื่องจักรหนัก แม้จะมีการติดตั้งป้ายห้ามเข้าพื้นที่แล้วก็ตาม
ต่อมา เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายหิรัญ ไชยกันยา ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา พร้อมด้วยศูนย์ป้องกันปราบปรามที่ 1 (ภาคกลาง) กรมป่าไม้ กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา อำเภอท่าตะเกียบ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองตะเกรา สถานีตำรวจภูธรท่าตะเกียบ และสำนักงานโครงการส่งน้ำและบำรุงรักษาคลองสียัด กรมชลประทาน ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบตามเบาะแสเพิ่มเติม
โดยตรวจพบ เครื่องชั่งน้ำหนักแบบแท่นลอย ขนาดกว้าง 3 เมตร ยาว 9 เมตร พร้อมเครื่องหมายเฉพาะตัว ถูกฝังซุกซ่อนอยู่ใต้ผืนทรายและคลุมด้วยผ้าใบ ซึ่งถือเป็นพยานหลักฐานสำคัญที่สะท้อนถึงความพยายามปกปิดการกระทำความผิดอย่างเป็นระบบ ภายหลังการตรวจสอบ คณะเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ร่วมกันจัดทำบันทึกการตรวจสอบ รวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน และส่งมอบให้พนักงานสอบสวนสถานีตำรวจภูธรท่าตะเกียบ

NACC Chachoengsao discovers concealed sand weighing platform in national forest reserve
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Chachoengsao Provincial Office (NACC Chachoengsao Office) has expanded its investigation of illegal sand washing operations within a national forest reserve and discovered a large weighing platform buried and concealed.
The NACC Chachoengsao Office is continuing its investigation into the illegal sand washing operations in a national forest reserve in Moo 3, Ban Ko Loi, Khlong Takrao Subdistrict, Tha Takiap District, Chachoengsao Province, following additional intelligence. Upon immediate inspection, they discovered a large, floating platform weighing scale, measuring 3 meters wide and 9 meters long, buried and concealed under the sand at the illegal sand washing site. This is considered crucial evidence that may link to the wrongdoing.
This operation stems from the NACC Chachoengsao Office's mission to survey heavy truck routes in the province, which revealed irregularities in Tha Takiap District, primarily in land allocated under the Agricultural Land Reform Act and national forest reserves. More than 176,000 cubic meters of sand were found excavated from an area under the Agricultural Land Reform Act in Khlong Takera Subdistrict. Pile of sand, traces of machinery use, and structures were also discovered in Moo 3, Ban Ko Loi, believed to be the sand washing site.
Subsequently, the NACC Chachoengsao Office collaborated with 20 related agencies and discovered changes in both areas. In particular, the illegal sand excavation area had been covered with saplings, while the sand washing site showed evidence of sand piles being moved, as well as signs of entry and exit of vehicles and heavy machinery, despite the installation of signs prohibiting entry.
Later, on July 1, 2026, Mr. Hiran Chaiyakanya, Director of the NACC Chachoengsao Office, along with the the Department of Forestry, the Internal Security Operations Command of Chachoengsao Province, Tha Takiap District, Khlong Takera Subdistrict Administrative Organisation, Tha Takiap Police Station, and the Royal Irrigation Department, conducted an on-site inspection based on additional information.
They discovered a floating platform weighing platform, 3 meters wide and 9 meters long, with unique markings, buried and hidden under the sand and covered with a tarpaulin. This is considered crucial evidence reflecting a systematic attempt to conceal the wrongdoing. Following the inspection, the team of officials jointly prepared an inspection report, collected evidence, and handed it over to the investigating officers at Tha Takiap Police Station.
