สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ ประจำจังหวัดสระแก้ว (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. สระแก้ว) ลงพื้นที่เพื่อเฝ้าระวังและป้องปรามการทุจริตในพื้นที่ งานขุดลอกลำน้ำ ตำบลผักขะ ของหน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา
เมื่อวันที่ 10 สิงหาคม 2569 สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดสระแก้ว โดยกลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริต ร่วมกับ ชมรม STRONG - จิตพอเพียงต้านทุจริตจังหวัดสระแก้ว พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่จากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลผักขะ และกองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในจังหวัดสระแก้ว ลงพื้นที่ติดตามการดำเนินงานขุดลอกลำน้ำ ตำบลผักขะ อำเภอวัฒนานคร จังหวัดสระแก้ว ของหน่วยพัฒนาการเคลื่อนที่ 12 สำนักงานพัฒนาภาค 1 หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา โดยมีผู้บังคับหน่วย รองผู้บังคับหน่วย และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมลงพื้นที่และให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าว
โครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาลำน้ำตื้นเขิน กำจัดวัชพืชและตะกอนดินทับถม เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการระบายน้ำป้องกันน้ำท่วม ตลอดจนเป็นแหล่งกักเก็บน้ำสำหรับอุปโภคบริโภคและการเกษตรในฤดูแล้ง โดยมีงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 3,917,000 บาท ระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน 62 วัน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 18 ตุลาคม 2568 ถึงวันที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2568 มีพื้นที่ดำเนินการขุดลอกคลองเดิมตามธรรมชาติ ปริมาตรดินไม่น้อยกว่า 129,950 ลบ.ม.
โดยหน่วยพัฒนาการเคลื่อนที่ 12 ได้ประสานกับ อบต.ผักขะ เพื่อหารือถึงความต้องการและความจำเป็นในการดำเนินโครงการขุดลอกลำน้ำ และได้ดำเนินการลงพื้นที่จัดทำประชาคมร่วมกับประชาชนในพื้นที่ เพื่อรับฟังปัญหา ความต้องการ และอุปสรรคที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อนเริ่มดำเนินโครงการ
สำหรับการดำเนินงานเป็นการใช้กำลังพลและแรงงานภายในหน่วยงาน แต่เนื่องจากเครื่องจักรกลของหน่วยงานมีไม่เพียงพอ จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องเช่าเครื่องจักรกลเพิ่มเติมจากบริษัท ไลอ้อนคิง เมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด จำนวน 3 คัน พร้อมคนขับ
ปัจจุบันโครงการดังกล่าวได้ดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายในกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และได้ส่งมอบให้องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลผักขะ เพื่อดำเนินการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่ประชาชนและเป็นสาธารณประโยชน์ต่อไป

NACC inspects canal dredging in Sa Kaeo
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Sa Kaeo Provincial Office (NACC Sa Kaeo Office) conducted a site visit to monitor and prevent corruption in the area, specifically regarding a canal dredging project in Phak Kha Subdistrict, undertaken by the Armed Forces Development Command.
On August 10, 2026, the NACC Sa Kaeo Office, through its Corruption Prevention Group, together with the STRONG - Sufficiency Economy Against Corruption Club of Sa Kaeo Province, along with officials from the Phak Kha Subdistrict Administrative Organisation and the Internal Security Operations Command of Sa Kaeo Province, visited the site to monitor the canal dredging project in Phak Kha Subdistrict, Watthana Nakhon District, Sa Kaeo Province, undertaken by Mobile Development Unit 12, Regional Development Office 1, Armed Forces Development Command.
The unit commander, deputy commander, and relevant officials participated in the site visit and provided information on the project. According to them, the project aims to address the problem of shallow waterways, remove weeds and sediment buildup, improve drainage efficiency to prevent flooding, and serve as a water reservoir for consumption and agriculture during the dry season.
The project has a total budget of 3,917,000 baht and a project duration of 62 days, from October 18, 2025 to December 17, 2025. The project involved dredging the existing natural canal, removing a minimum of 129,950 cubic meters of soil.
Mobile Development Unit 12 coordinated with the Phak Kha Subdistrict Administrative Organisation to discuss the needs and necessity for the waterway dredging project. A community meeting was held with local residents to listen to their problems, needs, and obstacles before the project commenced.
While the work was carried out using internal personnel and labor, due to insufficient machinery, it was necessary to rent additional machinery from Lion King Management Co., Ltd., totaling 3 units with drivers.
Currently, the project has been completed within the specified timeframe and handed over to the Phak Kha Subdistrict Administrative Organisation.
