Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission Thailand (NACC) encourages high school students of Mathayom 4-5 who have joined its “STRONG CAMP” activity to submit entries on the topic of against homework and examination cheating from now until 29 May 2023. Total prizes are worth over 215,000 baht.

Secretary-General of the NACC Niwatchai Kasemmongkol said the competition had the objective to make children and adolescents aware and understand homework and examination cheating which is deemed a corruption act. The NACC hoped that the competition would also help them be able to differentiate personal from public interests, he said.

The competition is part of the NACC’s efforts to bring its anti-corruption curriculum into fruition in line with the national master plan. One of the plan’s goals is to create transparency and eradicate corruption in the public sector by developing people and systems with a focus on cultivating integrity among all groups of people in the society, particularly children and adolescents. The NACC’s “STRONG Model” is used to encourage them to think and act with honesty.

Adolescents interested to join in the competition must be students of Mathayom 4 – 5 (grade 10-11) at the schools selected to participate in the STRONG CAMP activity against homework and examination cheating.
