สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ ประจำจังหวัดยโสธร (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ยโสธร) ลุยเฝ้าระวังทุจริต โครงการก่อสร้างห้องน้ำสวนสาธารณะบุ่งน้อย-บุ่งใหญ่ ของเทศบาลเมืองยโสธร พบการดำเนินการล่าช้า เสี่ยงไม่แล้วเสร็จตามกำหนดระยะเวลา
วันที่ 23 มีนาคม 2569 นายประกอบ มั่งคั่ง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดยโสธร พร้อมด้วยพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ลงพื้นที่ดำเนินโครงการป้องปรามและลดคดีทุจริตในพื้นที่ กิจกรรมการลงพื้นที่เพื่อเฝ้าระวังและป้องปรามการในพื้นที่ ลงพื้นที่ติดตามการดำเนินงาน โครงการก่อสร้างห้องน้ำสวนสาธารณะบุ่งน้อย-บุ่งใหญ่ จังหวัดยโสธร ตำบลในเมือง อำเภอเมืองยโสธร งบประมาณ 2,250,000 บาท ซึ่งเป็นโครงการภายใต้แผนขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจภายใต้กรอบวงเงิน 157,000 ล้านบาท งบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 งบกลาง
โครงการก่อสร้างห้องน้ำสวนสาธารณะบุ่งน้อย-บุ่งใหญ่ มีผู้รับจ้าง คือ ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด อุบลมงคลชัยก่อสร้างระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน 3 ธันวาคม 2568 ถึง 31 พฤษภาคม 2569 (180 วัน) หน่วยงานรับผิดชอบ คือ เทศบาลเมืองยโสธร
โดย นายศานิต ปรากฎมาก ท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดยโสธร พร้อมคณะร่วมให้ข้อมูลการดำเนินงาน เนื่องจากโครงการดังกล่าวทางสำนักงานท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดยโสธร เป็นผู้ของบประมาณไป ภายหลังกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่นแจ้งถ่ายโอน มาให้เทศบาลเมืองเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ
สำหรับโครงการฯ ทางเจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลเมืองยโสธร ให้ข้อมูลว่า มีการดำเนินงานล่าช้ากว่ากำหนดมากและเหลือระยะเวลาประมาณ 2 เดือน ขณะนี้ทางผู้รับจ้างได้แค่วางผังงานก่อสร้างไว้ ซึ่งทางคณะกรรมการตรวจรับได้มีการประชุมเพื่อวางแผนเร่งรัดผู้รับจ้างเข้ามาดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามกำหนดระยะเวลา โดยมีเครือข่ายชมรม STRONG – จิตพอเพียงต้านทุจริต จังหวัดและอำเภอ สื่อมวลชน ร่วมลงพื้นที่ร่วมด้วย

NACC Yasothon inspects Bung Noi Bung Yai public toilet construction, finds significant delays
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Yasothon Provincial Office (NACC Yasothon Office) is monitoring the construction project of public toilets in the Bung Noi Bung Yai public park, Yasothon Municipality and found significant delays, risking the project's failure to meet the scheduled completion date.
On March 23, 2026, Mr. Prakob Mangkang, Director of the NACC Yasothon Office, along with officers, conducted a site visit at the construction project for the public toliets in Bung Noi Bung Yai public park, Yasothon Province, Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang Yasothon District, which has a budget of 2,250,000 baht.
This project is under the economic development plan worth 157,000 million baht from the central government budget for the fiscal year 2025.
The contractor for the public toilet construction project is Ubon Mongkolchai Construction Limited Partnership. The project duration is from December 3, 2025 to May 31, 2026 (180 days). The responsible agency is the Yasothon Municipality.
Mr. Sanit Prakotmak, the Yasothon Provincial Tourism and Sports Officer, and his team provided information on the project's progress. The Yasothon Provincial Tourism and Sports Office initially requested the budget, after which the Department of Local Administration transferred the project to the Yasothon Municipality.
Yasothon Municipality officials told the NACC that the work is significantly behind schedule, with only about two months remaining. Currently, the contractor has only laid out the construction plan. The inspection committee has met to plan how to expedite the contractor’s work to meet the deadline.
The STRONG-Sufficiency Economy Against Corruption network of clubs at the provincial and district levels, along with the media, also participated in the field visit.
