สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ ประจำจังหวัดพิจิตร (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. พิจิตร) จับมือ อบต.บ้านบุ่ง เสริมสร้างองค์กรโปร่งใสตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล
เมื่อวันที่ 3 เมษายน 2569 นายวราพงษ์ อินต๊ะโมงค์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดพิจิตร มอบหมายนางสาวธนภร แตงจันทร์ เจ้าพนักงานป้องกันการทุจริตชำนาญการพิเศษ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้ในโครงการปลูกฝังและเสริมสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ท้องถิ่น องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านบุ่ง ในหัวข้อการบรรยาย “มาตรฐานทางจริยธรรมและประมวลจริยธรรม พนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น และสมาชิก” ณ ห้องประชุมองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านบุ่ง อำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร
โดยมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักเกณฑ์การปฏิบัติตนอย่างมีจริยธรรม การรักษาความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และการแยกแยะระหว่างประโยชน์ส่วนตนและประโยชน์ส่วนรวม เพื่อให้ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ท้องถิ่นสามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างถูกต้องตามหลักธรรมมาภิบาล
นอกจากนี้ ภายในงานยังได้จัดกิจกรรม Workshop แบ่งกลุ่มระดมความคิดเห็นจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายรวม 50 คน เพื่อร่วมกันวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงที่อาจก่อให้เกิดการทุจริตในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (Corruption Risk Assessment) พร้อมทั้งร่วมกันกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติ "Do & Don’t" ของหน่วยงาน เพื่อใช้เป็นกรอบพฤติกรรมในการขับเคลื่อนคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมภายในองค์กรให้เป็นรูปธรรม รวมถึงเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมในการรองรับการประเมินคุณธรรมและความโปร่งใสในการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ (ITA) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569

NACC Phichit joins hands with Ban Bung SAO to build transparency based on good governance
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Phichit Provincial Office (NACC Phichit Office) collaborated with the Ban Bung Subdistrict Administrative Organisation in a training project to strengthen organisational transparency based on good governance principles.
On April 3, 2026, Mr. Warapong Intamong, Director of the NACC Phichit Office, assigned Ms. Thanaporn Taengchan, a senior anti-corruption officer, to be a lecturer in the project to strengthen ethics for officials of the Ban Bung Subdistrict Administrative Organisation.
The training topic was "Ethical Standards and Code of Ethics for Local Administration Employees, Administrators, and Members." The activity was held at the meeting room of the Ban Bung Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province.
The focus was on enhancing knowledge and understanding of ethical conduct, maintaining honesty and integrity, and distinguishing between personal and public interests to enable local executives and officials to perform their duties correctly according to the principles of good governance.
The training also included a workshop with 50 participants divided into groups for brainstorming sessions. These sessions focused on corruption risk assessment and collaboratively defining "Do & Don’t" guidelines for the organisation.
These guidelines will serve as a behavioral framework to concretely promote ethics and morality within the organisation, as well as prepare for the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) of government agencies in fiscal year 2026.
