สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ ประจำจังหวัดตรัง (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ตรัง) จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนต้านทุจริต รุ่นที่ 7 ณ เกาะรอก และเกาะมุกด์ เพื่อเรียนรู้การทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่อุทยานแห่งชาติ และรับฟังเสียงสะท้อนจากชุมชน
สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดตรัง จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนต้านทุจริต รุ่นที่ 7 (Trang Anti-Corruption Young Leaders GEN 7) ณ พื้นที่เกาะรอก และเกาะมุกด์ อำเภอกันตัง จังหวัดตรัง ระหว่างวันที่ 7–8 เมษายน 2569 โดยพาเยาวชนลงพื้นที่ศึกษาดูงานนอกห้องเรียนแบบเข้มข้น เริ่มตั้งแต่การเดินทางโดยรถบัสต่อเนื่องสู่เรือสปีดโบ๊ท เพื่อสัมผัสบริบทจริงของการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรทางทะเล
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ เยาวชนได้เรียนรู้การทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ อุทยานแห่งชาติหมู่เกาะลันตา ทั้งบทบาทนักอนุรักษ์ การดูแลทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ตลอดจนข้อจำกัดและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงาน อาทิ ปัญหาการบุกรุกพื้นที่ การจัดเก็บรายได้ที่ยังคงเป็นระบบเงินสด รวมถึงความท้าทายในการสร้างสมดุลระหว่างการท่องเที่ยวและการอนุรักษ์
นอกจากนี้ เยาวชนยังได้ทำกิจกรรมดำน้ำตื้น ชื่นชมความงดงามของแนวปะการัง ซึ่งสะท้อนความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของท้องทะเลอันดามันที่ได้ชื่อว่า “ราชินีแห่งท้องทะเลไทย” และยังมีโอกาสพบวาฬขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งคาดว่าเป็นวาฬบรูด้า (Bryde’s whale) โผล่ขึ้นมาเล่นน้ำในบริเวณดังกล่าว นับเป็นภาพประทับใจและเป็นสัญญาณสำคัญที่บ่งชี้ถึงความสมบูรณ์ของระบบนิเวศทางทะเล
ช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรม คณะเยาวชนได้ลงพื้นที่เกาะมุกด์ รับฟังเสียงสะท้อนจากชุมชนในประเด็นปัญหาสำคัญ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจัดการขยะ ระบบสาธารณูปโภคพื้นฐาน เช่น น้ำและไฟฟ้า รวมถึงข้อจำกัดด้านเอกสารและการขออนุญาตเกี่ยวกับเรือ ซึ่งล้วนเป็นโจทย์ท้าทายที่ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงสร้างประสบการณ์ตรงให้เยาวชน แต่ยังปลูกฝังแนวคิดเรื่องความโปร่งใส ความรับผิดชอบ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการปกป้องทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ควบคู่ไปกับการต้านทุจริตอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต

NACC Trang brings young leaders to learn from national park officials and community of Koh Rok and Koh Muk
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Trang Provincial Office (NACC Trang Office) organised an anti-corruption youth empowerment programme at Koh Rok and Koh Muk to learn about the work of national park officials and listen to the local community.
The Trang Anti-Corruption Young Leaders GEN 7 visited Koh Rok and Koh Muk, Kantang District, Trang Province, from April 7-8, 2026 during the intensive programme, which started with a bus journey followed by a speedboat ride to experience the real context of marine resource management.
During the activities, the youth learned about the work of the Mu Koh Lanta National Park officials, including their roles as conservationists, the care of natural resources, and the limitations and obstacles in their work, such as encroachment issues, the cash-based revenue collection system, and the challenges in creating a balance between tourism and conservation.
In addition, the youth participated in snorkeling to explore the beauty of the coral reefs of the Andaman Sea, known as the “Queen of the Thai Seas.” They saw a large whale, believed to be a Bryde's whale, surfacing and playing in the area, a memorable sight and an important sign of the health of the marine ecosystem.
At the end of the activity, the youth group visited Koh Muk to listen to the local community on key issues, including waste management, basic infrastructure such as water and electricity, and limitations regarding documentation and permits for boats. These are challenging tasks that require cooperation from all sectors.
