สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.) ผนึกกำลัง สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตในภาครัฐ (ป.ป.ท.) ลงพื้นที่เฝ้าระวังเชิงรุก โครงการก่อสร้างอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภาคเหนือ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ วงเงินงบประมาณ 498,150,000 บาท
วันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2569 นายศรชัย ชูวิเชียร รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. ภาค 5 และเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ภาค 5 พร้อมด้วยนายเฉลิมชัยวงค์ บริรักษ์ เจ้าพนักงานป้องกันการทุจริตชำนาญการพิเศษ และเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักมาตรการป้องกันการทุจริต สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. บูรณาการร่วมกับสำนักงาน ป.ป.ท. เขต 5 ลงพื้นที่ ณ อาคารอำนวยการอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาค ภาคเหนือ ตำบลแม่เหียะ อำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
โดยโครงการที่ได้เฝ้าระวังติดตาม คือ โครงการก่อสร้างอาคารอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคภาคเหนือ เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม BCG สำหรับระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคเหนือ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม วงเงินงบประมาณ 498,150,000 บาท แบ่งเป็นงานก่อสร้าง 479,000,000 บาท และงานควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง 19,150,000 บาท กำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 4 ปี (พ.ศ.2569 - 2572) ปัจจุบันลงนามในสัญญาจ้างก่อสร้าง และลงนามในสัญญาจ้างผู้ควบคุมงานแล้ว
การลงพื้นที่ดังกล่าว เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเฝ้าระวังและติดตามการดำเนินโครงการที่ได้รับจัดสรรงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ที่มีวงเงินงบประมาณตั้งแต่ 500 ล้านบาทขึ้นไป มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้าและเฝ้าระวังแนวทางการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปอย่างโปร่งใส พร้อมทั้งเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการเปิดเผยข้อมูลและกระบวนการทำงานที่ตรวจสอบได้ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อประชาชนและทางราชการต่อไป
NACC, PACC launch joint on-site inspection of 498-million-baht Science Park in Chiang Mai
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC Office) and the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) joined forces to proactively monitor the construction project of the Northern Regional Science Park in Chiang Mai Province, which has a budget of 498,150,000 baht.
On June 24, 2026, Mr. Sornchai Chuwichien, Deputy Secretary-General of the NACC Region 5, and NACC Region 5 officials, along with officials from the anti-corruption measures bureau of the NACC, in collaboration with PACC Region 5, visited the Northern Regional Science Park administration building in Mae Hia Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province.
The project being monitored is the construction of the Northern Regional Science Park building, intended to be a hub for driving BCG (bio-circular-green) innovation businesses for the Northern Economic Corridor, under the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation.
The project has a budget allocation of 498,150,000 baht, divided into 479,000,000 baht for construction work and 19,150,000 baht for construction supervision. The construction is scheduled to take 4 years (2026-2029). Currently, the construction contract and the construction supervision contract have been signed.
This site visit is part of the monitoring and follow-up of projects allocated in the 2026 fiscal year with a budget of 500 million baht or more.
The objective is to track progress and ensure transparent implementation, emphasizing the importance of information disclosure and verifiable work processes to ensure efficient operation and maximize benefits for the public and the government.
