ป.ป.ช. เชียงใหม่ รุกตรวจโครงการอาหารกลางวันนักเรียน ป้องกันการทุจริต
สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ ประจำจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. เชียงใหม่) ร่วมกับสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา (สพป.) เชียงใหม่ เขต 3 บูรณาการลงพื้นที่ติดตามการดำเนินมาตรการป้องกันความเสี่ยงต่อการทุจริตในการดำเนินโครงการอาหารกลางวันนักเรียน
โดยเมื่อวันที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2569 กลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริต สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ได้ประชุมติดตามผลการดำเนินงานร่วมกับสพป. เชียงใหม่ เขต 3 เพื่อรับทราบข้อมูลการบริหารจัดการโครงการอาหารกลางวัน ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 แนวทางการกำกับติดตามและสนับสนุนสถานศึกษา ตลอดจนผลการตรวจสอบ ข้อบกพร่อง และแนวทางป้องกันการทุจริตจากการดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมา
ต่อมา เมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2569 ได้ลงพื้นที่โรงเรียนบ้านปงตำ อำเภอไชยปราการ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เพื่อตรวจติดตามการดำเนินโครงการอาหารกลางวันและโครงการอาหารเสริม (นม) โรงเรียน โดยเข้าสังเกตการณ์การจัดเตรียมและการให้บริการอาหารแก่นักเรียน ตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับผู้บริหารและผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ เพื่อประเมินการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ ระเบียบ และมาตรการป้องกันความเสี่ยงต่อการทุจริต
การดำเนินกิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้การบริหารจัดการโครงการอาหารกลางวันนักเรียนเป็นไปด้วยความโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณ และสร้างความเชื่อมั่นว่าการจัดบริการอาหารกลางวันและอาหารเสริม (นม) ให้แก่นักเรียนเป็นไปอย่างมีคุณภาพและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้เรียน
NACC Chiang Mai visits school to inspect lunch programme
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Chiang Mai Provincial Office (NACC Chiang Mai Office), in collaboration with the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, conducted a school visit to monitor the implementation of measures to prevent corruption in the school lunch programme.
On June 25, 2026, the corruption prevention unit of the NACC Chiang Mai Office held a meeting with the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 to receive information on the management of the school lunch program for the 2026 academic year, guidelines for monitoring and supporting schools, as well as the results of audits, shortcomings, and anti-corruption measures from the past operation.
Subsequently, on June 26, 2026, a field visit was conducted to Ban Pong Tam School in Chai Prakan District, Chiang Mai Province, to monitor the implementation of the school lunch programme and the supplementary milk programme.
This included observing the preparation and service of meals to students, reviewing relevant documents, and exchanging information with administrators and those responsible for the program to assess whether the operation complied with the criteria, regulations, and measures to prevent corruption.
The objective of these activities was to promote transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the management of the school lunch programme and to build confidence that the provision of lunch and supplementary milk services to students is of high quality and provides maximum benefit.
