วันนี้ (9 ธันวาคม 2568) สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.) ร่วมกับรัฐบาล สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตในภาครัฐ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ท.) องค์กรต่อต้านคอรัปชัน (ประเทศไทย) และภาคีเครือข่ายทุกภาคส่วน ผนึกกำลังจัดงานวันต่อต้านคอร์รัปชันสากล (ประเทศไทย) ประจำปี 2568 ภายใต้แนวคิด “HERO OF THE TRUTH: ร่วมหยุดคอร์รัปชัน” เพื่อประกาศจุดยืนในการต่อต้านคอร์รัปชันทุกรูปแบบ และผลักดันการปลูกฝังความซื่อสัตย์เป็นวัฒนธรรมของประเทศ
โดยมี นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย เป็นประธานในพิธี ณ ฮอลล์ 4 ศูนย์การประชุมอิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี
ภายในงานมีผู้เข้าร่วมจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ภาคประชาสังคม สถาบันการศึกษา เยาวชน และประชาชนทั่วไป กว่า 3,500 คน ร่วมแสดงพลังเชิงสัญลักษณ์ในการต่อต้านการทุจริต และร่วมแสดงเจตนารมณ์ในการต่อต้านการทุจริตร่วมกัน 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1. การแสดงความตั้งใจของผู้นำทุกระดับในการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต 2. เสริมพลังให้คนไทยทุกกลุ่มตื่นรู้และปฏิเสธการทุจริตในทุกรูปแบบ และ 3. แสดงความมุ่งมั่นของประเทศไทยต่อสาธารณะโลก เพื่อยกระดับค่าคะแนนดัชนีการรับรู้ การทุจริต (CPI) ให้สูงกว่า 50 ตามเป้าหมายยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี
สำหรับการจัดงานวันต่อต้านคอร์รัปชันสากล (ประเทศไทย) ในปี 2568 มีกิจกรรมพิเศษ เช่น “นิทรรศการเฉลิมพระเกียรติ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง” การขับเสภาบทประพันธ์ “น้อมสำนึก ถวายอาลัยพระพันปีหลวง” การแสดงโขนต่อต้านทุจริต ชุด “น้อมสำนึกถวายอาลัยพระพันปี สมเด็จพระจักรีปราบอธรรมทุจริต” และการแสดงดนตรี Symphony ชุด “ธรรมนอง ครองธรรม”
สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. เดินหน้าอย่างเข้มแข็งต่อการขับเคลื่อนแผนบูรณาการต้านทุจริต โดยปีงบประมาณ 2570 มุ่งยกระดับความโปร่งใสของประเทศตั้งเป้าค่า CPI ได้ 57 คะแนน เน้นแก้ปัญหา “สินบน” และ “การขัดกันแห่งผลประโยชน์” ผ่าน 3 แนวทางหลัก ได้แก่ 1. การปลูกฝังความซื่อสัตย์ ให้ประชาชน เด็ก เยาวชน และเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐผ่านหลักสูตรและกิจกรรมรณรงค์การป้องกันทุจริตเชิงระบบด้วยเทคโนโลยี 2. ลดดุลยพินิจเปิดข้อมูลภาครัฐ และ 3. การปราบปรามคดีทุจริตอย่างมีมาตรฐาน รวดเร็ว โปร่งใส เพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์ชัดเจน และประชาชนสัมผัสได้
นอกจากนี้ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. มีมาตรการด้านกฎหมายในการคุ้มครองผู้แจ้งเบาะแสการทุจริต ทั้งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองพยานในคดีอาญา และกฎหมายป้องกันการฟ้องปิดปากในคดีทุจริต (Anti-SLAPP Law) รวมทั้งมีเทคโนโลยีสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบ และป้องกันการทุจริต เช่น ระบบ Moral Data Center (MDC) เพื่อเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลหน่วยงานภาครัฐอย่างโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้แบบทันที มีการจัดตั้งศูนย์ป้องปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (Corruption Deterrence Center ) หรือ “ศูนย์ CDC” เพื่อระงับยับยั้งมิให้เกิดการทุจริต ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว สามารถติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และเฝ้าระวังการทุจริตโครงการขนาดใหญ่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมเปิดช่องทางร้องเรียนที่เข้าถึงง่ายและปลอดภัย ได้แก่ ศูนย์บริการข้อมูลข่าวสาร สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. 1205 เว็บไซต์ www.nacc.go.th และสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ
NACC joins forces with government and partners to organise International Anti-Corruption Day event, pushes honesty as national culture
Today (9 December 2025), the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC Office), together with the government, the Office of Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC Office), the Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand (ACT), and partners from all sectors, joined forces to organise the International Anti-Corruption Day (Thailand) 2025 event under the theme "HERO OF THE TRUTH: Stop Corruption Together," to declare a stance against all forms of corruption and to promote honesty as the country’s culture.
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, at Hall 4, IMPACT Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani.
The event was attended by over 3,500 participants from the government sector, private sector, civil society sector, educational institutions, the youth, and the general public, who symbolically demonstrated their solidarity in the fight against corruption and expressed their shared commitment to three key anti-corruption measures: 1. Demonstrating the commitment of leaders at all levels to prevent and suppress corruption; 2. Empowering all groups of Thai people to be aware of and reject all forms of corruption; and 3. Showcasing Thailand's commitment to raising the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) score to be above 50, in line with the 20-year national strategy.
Activities included an exhibition to honour Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother; a recitation of the epic poem "Paying Homage and Mourning the Queen Mother"; a Khon performance against corruption titled "Paying Homage and Mourning the Queen Mother: The Chakri King's Suppression of Injustice and Corruption"; and a Symphony performance titled "Dharma Melody, Upholding Righteousness."
The NACC Office is moving forward with its integrated anti-corruption plan. By fiscal year 2027, it aims to elevate the country's transparency, targeting a CPI score of 57. It focuses on addressing bribery and conflicts of interest through three main approaches: 1. Instilling honesty in citizens, children, youth, and government officials through systemic anti-corruption prevention courses and campaigns using technology; 2. Reducing discretionary power of officials and ensuring transparent government data; and 3. Suppressing corruption cases with high standards, speed, and transparency, to achieve clear and tangible results for the public.
Furthermore, the NACC Office has legal measures in place to protect whistleblowers, including the Witness Protection Act and the Anti-SLAPP Law. It also utilises technology to support investigation and prevention of corruption, such as the Moral Data Center (MDC) system for transparent and real-time data sharing among government agencies. The National Corruption Deterrence Center (CDC) has been established to quickly suppress and prevent corruption, effectively monitoring, investigating, and overseeing corruption in large-scale projects. Accessible and secure complaint channels are available, including the NACC Information Service Center at 1205, the website www.nacc.go.th, and NACC provincial offices nationwide.
