สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.) ติดตามโครงการท่อส่งน้ำปราณบุรี - หัวหิน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ มูลค่าสัญญากว่า 486 ล้านบาท
วันที่ 26 มีนาคม 2569 นางสาวลัดดา เดือนสว่าง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักมาตรการป้องกันการทุจริต มอบหมายให้ ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มมาตรการป้องกันการทุจริต 3 และผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อเฝ้าระวังและป้องปรามการทุจริต พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักมาตรการป้องกันการทุจริต สำนักสืบสวนและกิจการพิเศษ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. และสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ บูรณาการงานร่วมกับสำนักงาน ป.ป.ท. เขตพื้นที่ 7 และสำนักตรวจเงินแผ่นดินจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ลงพื้นที่ติดตามการดำเนินโครงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพท่อส่งน้ำปราณบุรี - หัวหิน วงเงินตามสัญญา 486,197,000 บาท
โครงการดังกล่าว เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการส่งน้ำและบำรุงรักษาปราณบุรี (สังกัดกรมชลประทาน) ตำบลบึงนคร อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ตามแผนการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจภายใต้กรอบวงเงิน 157,000 ล้านบาท
ในช่วงเช้า เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ท. เขตพื้นที่ 7 และสำนักตรวจเงินแผ่นดินจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ได้ประชุมรับฟังข้อมูลการดำเนินโครงการจากผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่โครงการส่งน้ำฯ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ในช่วงบ่าย เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ท. เขตพื้นที่ 7 และสำนักตรวจเงินแผ่นดินจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ลงพื้นที่ติดตามการดำเนินโครงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพท่อส่งน้ำ ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในจุดก่อสร้างต่าง ๆ อาทิ อาคาร Blow Off อาคาร Air Release Valve อาคารควบคุมปลายท่อส่งน้ำ
โดยโครงการมีการส่งมอบงานแล้ว 5 งวด ผลงานความก้าวหน้าสะสมร้อยละ 92.71 ทั้งนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ท. เขตพื้นที่ 7 และสำนักตรวจเงินแผ่นดินจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ได้ให้ข้อคิดเห็น ข้อสังเกต และข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินโครงการต่อไป

NACC inspects 486-million-baht Pran Buri-Hua Hin water pipeline project
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC Office) is monitoring and has conducted a site inspection on the Pran Buri-Hua Hin water pipeline project in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, which has a contract value exceeding 486 million baht.
On March 26, 2026, Ms. Ladda Duansawang, Director of the Anti-Corruption Measures Bureau, assigned the director of the Anti-Corruption Measures Group 3 and the director of the Information Technology System Development Group, along with other officials from the NACC and the NACC Prachuap Khiri Khan Office, to collaborate with the NACC Region 7 and the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Audit Office to monitor the progress of the Pran Buri-Hua Hin water pipeline efficiency improvement project, which has a contract value of 486,197,000 baht.
This project is part of the Pran Buri Irrigation and Maintenance Project under the Royal Irrigation Department, located in Bueng Nakhon Subdistrict, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. It is part of the economic development plan under the 157-billion-baht budget.
in the morning, the officials joined a meeting to receive information on the project implementation from the project executives and staff, as well as related agencies.
In the afternoon, the officials visited various construction sites, including the blow off building, the air release valve building, and the end-of-pipe control building, to monitor the progress of the water pipeline efficiency improvement project.
The project has delivered work in five installments, achieving a cumulative progress of 92.71%. The officials have provided comments, observations, and suggestions for improving the project's efficiency in the future.
