สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ ประจำจังหวัดนครนายก (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. นครนายก) บรรยายให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และคำแนะนำต่าง ๆ ในหัวข้อ “เสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจ การงดให้ งดรับของขวัญ ของกำนัลทุกชนิด จากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (No Gift Policy)”
วันที่ 7 เมษายน 2569 นางสาวปิยะฉัตร พ่วงพงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดนครนายก มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริต เป็นวิทยากรเพื่อดำเนินการบรรยายให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และคำแนะนำต่าง ๆ ในหัวข้อ “เสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจ การงดให้ งดรับของขวัญ ของกำนัลทุกชนิด จากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (No Gift Policy)” กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นผู้บริหาร พนักงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาพระ จำนวน 70 คน
โดยบรรยายถึงแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย No Gift Policy จากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ตามแนวทางของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตในภาครัฐ (สำนักงาน ป.ป.ท.) ในฐานะเป็นกลไกของฝ่ายบริหาร และฝ่ายเลขานุการศูนย์อำนวยการต่อต้านการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ศอตช.) ซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นหน่วยงานผู้รับผิดชอบหลักในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายดังกล่าว
โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐสามารถนำนโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติได้อย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อเป็นกรอบแนวทางให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐนำไปปรับใช้หรือประยุกต์ให้เหมาะสมตามบทบาทภารกิจของแต่ละหน่วยงาน และขับเคลื่อนธรรมาภิบาลในการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานภาครัฐในการป้องกัน หรือลดโอกาสในการรับสินบน ผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ หรือหน่วยงานของรัฐต่อไป
ทั้งนี้ ยังมีการประชาสัมพันธ์/ส่งเสริมให้มีการเข้าใช้งานระบบแพลตฟอร์มต้านทุจริตศึกษาเพื่อให้เกิดองค์ความรู้ และสื่อการเรียนรู้ด้านการป้องกันการทุจริต กลุ่มภาครัฐ (https://aced.nacc.go.th/) ณ ห้องประชุม สภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาพระ อำเภอเมืองนครนายก จังหวัดนครนายก
NACC Nakhon Nayok provides training to Khao Phra SAO to implement No Gift Policy
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s Nakhon Nayok Provincial Office (NACC Nakhon Nayok Office) provided training on the No Gift Policy to Khao Phra Subdistrict Administrative Organisation personnel.
On April 7, 2026, Ms. Piyachat Phuengphong, Director of the NACC Nakhon Office, assigned officers to be speakers on the topic of "Enhancing Knowledge and Understanding of Refraining from Giving and Receiving Gifts of All Kinds (No Gift Policy)” to executives and employees of the Khao Phra Subdistrict Administrative Organisation, totaling 70 people, at the meeting room of the Khao Phra SAO Council, Mueang Nakhon Nayok District, Nakhon Nayok Province.
The lecture covered the guidelines for implementing the No Gift Policy in the performance of duties, following the guidelines of the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) and the National Anti-Corruption Centre, which has been assigned as the main agency responsible for implementing this policy.
The objective is to enable government agencies to appropriately implement the No Gift Policy, providing a framework for government agencies to adapt and apply according to their respective roles and responsibilities, and to promote good governance in the operations of government agencies in preventing or reducing opportunities for bribery and conflicts of interest in various forms for government officials or government agencies.
Furthermore, the NACC is promoting public awareness and access to the anti-corruption education platform to provide knowledge and learning resources on corruption prevention in the government sector via the website https://aced.nacc.go.th/
