สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ป.ป.ช.) ร่วมกับสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ จับกุมตัวนายปรีชา แสนศักดา ผู้ต้องหาในกรณีเป็นผู้สนับสนุนเจ้าพนักงานป่าไม้ในการเรียกรับเงินจากผู้ถือใบอนุญาตเลื่อยโซ่ยนต์
วันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2568 สำนักกิจการและคดีทุจริตระหว่างประเทศ และสำนักสืบสวนและกิจการพิเศษ สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ร่วมกับสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ จับกุมตัวนายปรีชา ซึ่งคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. มีมติชี้มูลความผิดกรณีเป็นผู้สนับสนุนเจ้าพนักงานป่าไม้ สำนักป้องกันรักษาป่าและควบคุมไฟป่า ประจำหน่วยประสานงานป้องกันและปราบปรามการทำลายทรัพยากรป่าไม้ ประจำจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ในการเรียกรับเงินจากผู้ถือใบอนุญาตเลื่อยโซ่ยนต์ในพื้นที่ โดยนายปรีชาฯ เป็นผู้ต้องหาตามหมายจับของศาลอาญาคดีทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบภาค 4 ที่ 26/2564 ลงวันที่ 16 ธันวาคม 2564
นายปรีชา ได้เดินทางหลบหนีไปยังไต้หวัน สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. จึงประสานไปยังสำนักงานการค้าและเศรษฐกิจไทย (ไทเป) และได้รับการยืนยันข้อมูลว่านายปรีชา มีถิ่นอาศัยซึ่งระบุได้โดยชัดเจนในไต้หวัน จนนำไปสู่การประสานสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ในฐานะสำนักงานกลางแห่งชาติตำรวจสากลกรุงเทพฯ เพื่อร่วมมือในการติดตามจับกุมผู้ถูกกล่าวหา และส่งตัวกลับเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรไทย
ในการนี้ นายปรีชา ได้ถูกผลักดันส่งตัวกลับประเทศไทยและเดินทางถึงสนามบินดอนเมืองในวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2568 โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ชุดจับกุมได้สนธิกำลังร่วมกันเข้าจับกุมพร้อมแสดงหมายจับ และได้แจ้งข้อกล่าวหาที่ปรากฏตามหมายจับให้ผู้ถูกกล่าวหาทราบพร้อมแจ้งสิทธิตามกฎหมาย รวมถึงดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัติป้องกันและปราบปรามการทรมานและการกระทำให้บุคคลสูญหาย พ.ศ. 2565 และนำตัวผู้ถูกกล่าวหารายดังกล่าว ไปทำบันทึกจับกุม จากนั้นนำตัวส่งสำนักงานคดีปราบปรามการทุจริตภาค 4 เพื่อดำเนินการตามกฎหมายต่อไป

NACC and the police arrest man suspected for forestry official bribe involvement
The Office of National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC Office) and the Royal Thai Police have arrested Mr. Preecha Saensakda, a suspect in a case involving his alleged involvement in supporting forestry officials in soliciting bribes from chainsaw license holders.
The Bureau of International Affairs and Anti-Corruption Division and the Bureau of Investigation and Special Operations of the NACC, together with the Royal Thai Police, arrested Mr. Preecha On December 15, 2025.
The NACC had previously found him guilty of supporting forestry officials from the Forest Protection and Fire Control Office of Nong Bua Lamphu Province, in soliciting bribes from chainsaw license holders in the area. Mr. Preecha was a suspect under an arrest warrant issued by the Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases Region 4, warrant number 26/2564, dated December 16, 2021.
As Mr. Preecha fled to Taiwan, the NACC coordinated with the Thai Trade and Economic Office (Taipei) and to confirm Mr. Preecha’s residence in Taiwan. This led to coordination with the Royal Thai Police, acting as the National Central Bureau Bangkok headquarters, for cooperation in tracking down and arresting the accused and extraditing him back to the Kingdom of Thailand.
In this regard, Mr. Preecha was deported back to Thailand and arrived at Don Mueang Airport on December 15, 2025. The arresting officers, in a joint operation, apprehended him, presented the arrest warrant, informed him of the charges as stated in the warrant, and informed him of his legal rights. The process included actions taken under the Prevention and Suppression of Torture and Enforced Disappearance Act B.E. 2565 (2022).
The accused was then taken to have an arrest record made and subsequently transferred to the Anti-Corruption Division Region 4 for further legal proceedings.
