สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติประจำจังหวัดปัตตานี เข้าตรวจติดตามการขุดลอกแหล่งน้ำ ตำบลเกาะจัน อำเภอมายอ งบ 897,000 บาท
วันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2568 นายราม วสุธนภิญโญ ผู้อำนวยการ ป.ป.ช.สงขลา ในฐานะรักษาการผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. ประจำจังหวัดปัตตานี มอบหมายให้กลุ่มงานป้องกันการทุจริต เข้าตรวจติดตามโครงการการจ้างขุดลอกคูระบายน้ำและวางท่อ คสล. ภายในตำบลเกาะจัน
จากการเข้ารับฟังการชี้แจงของเจ้าหน้าที่ ณ อบต.เกาะจัน พบว่า ปัจจุบันโครงการฯ ดังกล่าว มีความคืบหน้ากว่าร้อยละ 80 จัดจ้างโดยวิธีคัดเลือก มี หจก. อาตีฟาน โยธากิจ เป็นผู้รับจ้าง ตามสัญญาจ้างเลขที่ 01/2569 ลงวันที่ 25 พ.ย. 2568 สิ้นสุดวันที่ 4 ม.ค. 2569 รวมระยะเวลา 40 วัน ปัจจุบันยังไม่มีการส่งมอบ-ตรวจรับงาน
เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. จึงได้ลงพื้นที่สังเกตการณ์ ระยะความกว้างยาว และความสูงของกองดินที่ได้จากการขุดลอกที่ทิ้งไว้บริเวณคันคลองตามแบบรูปรายการ เพื่อนำมาคำนวณปริมาณดินขุดลอกเปรียบเทียบกับปริมาณดินที่ต้องขุดตามสัญญา พบว่า การขุดลอกอาจไม่เป็นไปตามแบบรูปรายการที่กำหนด จึงได้ตั้งข้อสังเกต และคำแนะนำ พร้อมกำชับให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ราชการให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อรักษาผลประโยชน์และงบประมาณของประเทศชาติ

NACC Pattani Office launches inspection on Ko Chan dredging project
The Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC Office) in Pattani Province has launched an inspection on the dredging project in Ko Chan Subdistrict, Mayo District, which has a budget of 897,000 baht.
On December 15, 2025, Mr. Ram Wasuthanapinyo, Director of the NACC Songkhla Office, as Acting Director of the NACC Pattani Office, assigned a corruption prevention unit to inspect the project for dredging drainage ditches and laying reinforced concrete pipes within the sub-district.
Following a briefing by officials at the Ko Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organisation, it was found that the project is currently over 80% complete. The project was awarded through a selection process to Atifan Yothakij Limited Partnership, under contract number 01/2569, dated November 25, 2025, with a completion date of January 4, 2026, totaling 40 days. To date, the work has not yet been handed over or officially inspected by the subdistrict.
The NACC officials therefore visited the site to observe the width, length, and height of the excavated soil piles left along the canal embankment according to the specifications to calculate the volume of excavated soil and compare it to the amount required by the contract.
They found that the dredging may not have been carried out according to the specified specifications. Therefore, the NACC officials raised concerns and provided recommendations, emphasizing the need to strictly adhere to all relevant regulations and laws to protect the national interest and budget.
